Bellavista 11 began with an architectural question: how can a residence become part of the landscape, adapting to the natural topography of Roca Llisa with complete harmony? The answer takes shape through a sequence of horizontal planes that unfold across the hillside, organising the living spaces while creating a continuous relationship between the home and its surroundings.
Designed by Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, the residence allows architecture, light and landscape to become part of everyday life. Every space has been carefully conceived to frame the Mediterranean horizon, dissolving the boundaries between indoors and out.
The architecture unfolds naturally across the hillside, following the site’s topography and creating a seamless connection between the residence and the landscape of Roca Llisa.
